About the Role: As a Server at 1830 Chophouse, you’ll be more than just a menu guide—you’ll be a trusted host, a storyteller, and the face of our restaurant. You’ll guide guests through their meal with poise, professionalism, and genuine warmth, making sure every visit feels like a special occasion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, personalized service to all guests
- Offer thoughtful menu and beverage recommendations
- Take and enter orders with precision and efficiency
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and support staff
- Maintain a polished, clean, and organized section
- Proactively assist teammates to ensure smooth operations
- Process payments accurately and handle guest concerns with care
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of restaurant server experience (fine dining strongly preferred)
- Comfortable discussing wine, cocktails, and upscale menu items
- High attention to detail and a passion for great service
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
