Fine Dining Assistant Manager

Vintage Restaurant at The Inn at Willow Grove is seeking a detail-oriented, professional, and hospitality-driven Assistant Manager to join our fine dining restaurant team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who understands the standards and expectations of luxury dining and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager with daily front-of-house operations
  
• Maintain and uphold the high standards of a fine dining environment
  
• Lead and support the service team while ensuring exceptional guest service
  
• Assist with opening procedures, daily operations, and closing responsibilities
  
• Monitor service flow, guest satisfaction, and attention to detail
  
• Assist with staff training, coaching, and development
  
• Handle guest concerns professionally and proactively
  
• Assist with scheduling, administrative tasks, and operational reporting
  
• Maintain accurate records and assist with restaurant communications
  
• Work closely with the culinary and management teams to ensure seamless service
  
• Lead by example with professionalism, poise, and a strong work ethic
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of upscale or fine dining service experience
  
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
  
• Professional appearance and demeanor
  
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Google Sheets
  
• Working knowledge of MICROS/POS systems
  
• Experience with restaurant reservation platforms
  
• Strong understanding of fine dining service standards
  
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing an elevated guest experience
  

Opportunity to Earn Tips

This position offers the option to participate in serving shifts and earn tips, providing an additional opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to increase their earning potential while remaining involved in guest-facing service. The position requires flexibility in terms of days and hours, with most evenings free.

• Starting pay: $20.00/hour to $25.00/hour
