Financial Systems Senior Specialist

The EPM Cloud Senior Specialist is responsible for technical operations associated with the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), EPBCS (Planning and Budgeting) cloud technologies. The role is considered the EPM Cloud EPBCS technology expert and is a hands-on role identifying opportunities for efficiencies and best practices to support business goals.

 What You’ll Do:

  • You will support and maintain the Oracle Cloud EPM Finance Systems that enable Finance department activities. These administrative activities include Master Data Management, Financial Data Integration, Finance Application Rules & Calculations, and Report Building & Maintenance.
  • You’ll support the Finance MS Access databases that impact personnel data, workforce management, strategic target planning results, and conversion of the existing processes by utilizing EPM EPBCS modules.
  • You will develop methods and procedures for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects. Develop, implement, and provide technical control and support for Finance systems designed to obtain, record, and process various types of financial information.
  • You’ll participate in system requirements definition studies, developing workflows of current and proposed system operations, collection, and organization of pertinent system documentation.
  • Devise and/or modify methods and programs to solve complex data reporting needs, also provide technical consulting on complex projects.
  • You will perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of EPM system upgrades.
  • Effectively manage EPM Cloud support tickets and cases within required timeframes and according to department policy to maintain service delivery standards. Provide escalated support for the ACE Service Portal to assist the end users throughout the Enterprise with problem tickets or inquiries.
  • Complete other duties assigned by management.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelors Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7-9 years EMP Cloud Systems Analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of EPM Cloud systems such as EPBCS, PCMCS, EDM,  MS Access, or other data warehouse required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, MDX, Calc Scripts or other programming languages required.
  • Advanced proficiency with standard Windows PC software including the Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word. PowerPoint, Excel, and Project preferred.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills, along with demonstrated organizational skills and time management skills required.
  • Knowledge of the concepts, practices, and standards of employee compensation and benefits administration preferred.
