Job Details – Financial Systems Manager
Compensation: $140,000 - $150,000
Work Environment: Hybrid (2 days in Office)
Location: Bannockburn, IL

Overview – Financial Systems Manager

This individual will play a critical role in driving an ERP implementation, supporting CRM integration efforts, managing financial systems, and ensuring compliance with SOX, ITGC, and audit requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building processes, leading cross-functional projects, and serving as the bridge between Finance, IT, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities – Financial Systems Manager

• 
  
• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation activities including requirements gathering, design, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support.
• 
  
• Manage relationships with implementation partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• 
  
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to optimize business processes and system functionality.
• 
  
• Support CRM implementation efforts and oversee integration between CRM and ERP platforms.
• 
  
• Serve as the primary owner for financial systems, reporting, enhancements, and user support.
• 
  
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• 
  
• Manage ITGC, SOX, and audit-related controls, including user access reviews, segregation of duties, and SOC 1 compliance activities.
• 
  
• Partner with internal and external auditors to support compliance and risk management efforts.
• 
  
• Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement across Finance and business operations.
• 
  

Qualifications – Financial Systems Manager

• 
  
• Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
• 
  
• 6+ years of experience in financial systems, IT Audit, or accounting with a strong systems focus
• 
  
• Experience leading or playing a key role in a full ERP implementation.
• 
  
• Strong understanding of financial systems, accounting processes, and internal controls.
• 
  
• Hands-on experience with SOX compliance, ITGC controls, user access reviews, and SOC 1 reporting.
• 
  
• Ability to manage projects while partnering effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 
  
• Experience supporting CRM systems and systems integrations is highly preferred.
• 
  
• Strong reporting, analytics, and business process improvement experience.
•
