Financial Systems Analyst

Support and optimize month-end close, general ledger, chart of accounts, financial dimensions, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes. Primary Responsibilities: Serve as the functional owner for financial applications, including ERP and BlackLine, supporting the Accounting organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the functional owner for financial applications, including ERP and BlackLine, supporting the Accounting organization.
• Partner with Accounting and IT to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and process improvements.
• Support and optimize month-end close, general ledger, chart of accounts, financial dimensions, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes.
• Maintain financial system configurations, documentation, testing, and data integrity while supporting enhancements and future implementations.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and system functionality across the organization.
• Provide end-user support, training, and functional guidance for Accounting and Finance teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience supporting financial systems, accounting applications, or ERP platforms.
• Experience with BlackLine, either as an administrator or advanced business user.
• Strong understanding of general ledger, month-end close, chart of accounts, and accounting operations.
• Experience partnering with both Accounting and IT to deliver business solutions.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred.

Compensation:
$110K-$120K base + 10% bonus (DOE)
