Location: Onsite in Phoenix, AZ 85028

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

A well-established financial services organization is seeking a Financial Support Specialist to join its Phoenix team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with Trust Officers while supporting the day-to-day administration of client trust accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Trust Officers to support the management of assigned trust relationships
  • Establish and close trust accounts using the trust accounting platform
  • Handle account-related disbursements, distributions, real estate tax payments, and estimated tax payments
  • Monitor account activity to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain organized and accurate account records, files, and documentation
  • Track important deadlines, follow-up items, and account activities to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to facilitate smooth account administration
  • Serve as a professional resource for clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, CPAs, investment managers, and other financial professionals
  • Respond to account inquiries and provide outstanding client support
  • Assist with reception responsibilities and front desk coverage when needed
  • Support additional administrative and operational functions as directed
