You'll help members through phone and digital service channels while also investigating account concerns, supporting electronic banking services, monitoring fraud-related activity, researching transactions, and processing important account functions that keep the credit union running smoothly.This is an on-site position based in Brigham and is not remote or hybrid.What You'll DoNo two days are exactly the same. A typical day may include assisting members with online and mobile banking questions, helping resolve debit/credit card or account concerns, researching transaction issues, processing account maintenance requests, reviewing fraud alerts or suspicious activity, and supporting daily account and payment processing functions. You'll also proactively contact members regarding fraud concerns, electronic services, and account-related matters.
