As a Financial Services Representative, you are our ''Swiss Army Knife'' of banking, you wont just be sitting behind a desk. Youll be the face of CNB, traveling to various branches to support our teams and meet our amazing clients. You arent just processing transactionsyou are growing a career while creating a distinctive banking experience.
What Youll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff):
- Be a Relationship Pro: Build long-term, profitable relationships by providing ''wow'' level customer service.
- The Financial Expert: Help clients manage their money by processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with efficiency and precision.
- The Matchmaker: Identify client needs and match them with the perfect solutions to meet their financial goalsfrom new checking and savings accounts to specialized sales referrals.
- Behind the Scenes: Keep things running smoothly by balancing cash drawers, managing vault currency, and troubleshooting ATMs.

Requirements
Who You Are:
- A People Person: You possess professional oral and written communication skills and a ''can-do'' attitude.

- On the Move: You have reliable transportation and are ready to travel between branches as assigned.
- Educated & Experienced: You have a high school diploma or GED (required). A Bachelors degree or previous client service experience is definitely a plus!
The Logistics:
- Hours: Expect a 40-hour workweek with hours generally Monday through Thursday (7:30 AM 4:00 PM) and Fridays (7:30 AM 6:00 PM).
