Position Summary: As a Senior Financial Consultant / Client Advisor, you will leverage your extensive industry experience and securities licensing to provide comprehensive financial planning and wealth management solutions to a portfolio of qualified clients. Your focus will be on deepening client relationships, delivering tailored advice, and driving revenue growth through appointment-based engagements. You will collaborate closely with lead generation specialists to convert warm leads into satisfied, loyal clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough financial needs assessments and develop customized strategies encompassing investments, retirement planning, insurance, and other financial products.
Provide ongoing portfolio management, performance reviews, and proactive financial advice to help clients achieve their goals.
Partner with lead generation and marketing teams to prioritize and convert warm leads and scheduled appointments.
Cross-sell and up-sell US Bank’s financial services to increase wallet share within the client base.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies in all client interactions.
Mentor and support junior advisors or team members on product knowledge and client engagement best practices.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and financial plans within the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10+ years of financial services experience with proven success in client advisory roles.
Fully licensed, including securities licenses (e.g., Series 6, 7, 63, or 65).
Strong relationship management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (lead generation, marketing, compliance).
Proficient with financial planning software and CRM tools.
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining high ethical standards.
