We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level sales professional looking to build a career in finance, lending, and business development. You will work directly with customers, dealerships, and lending partners while developing the skills needed to become a successful finance professional.

Financial Services Representative Responsibilities

Learn all aspects of the commercial finance business, including credit analysis, lending programs, and dealer financing.

Develop and manage relationships with customers and dealership partners.

Prospect for new business opportunities and generate leads through outbound outreach and referral networks.

Work with customer applications and accounts that are currently underutilized to identify new financing opportunities.

Partner with lenders on joint marketing campaigns designed to drive customer engagement and business growth.

Assist customers in completing financing applications and gathering required documentation.

Communicate financing options and guide customers through the approval process.

Follow up on leads and applications to maximize funding opportunities and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate customer records and activity within company systems.

Collaborate with internal teams and lending partners to support sales and funding objectives.

Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner while complying with all company policies and applicable regulations.

Participate in training and development programs to build finance, sales, and relationship management expertise.

Financial Services Representative Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree preferred or equivalent sales, customer service, or business experience.

Strong desire to build a career in finance, lending, sales, or business development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging customers.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/business systems.

Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make sound business decisions.
