We’re looking for a motivated Financial Services Representative II to welcome members, assist with financial transactions, and introduce helpful banking solutions. In this Financial Services Representative II role, you’ll be the friendly face that greets members, answers questions, and helps them access the services they need—while building lasting relationships along the way.

Financial Services Representative
Houston, TX | Full-time | Financial Services

What You'll Do:
• Greet members and visitors, providing prompt, professional service in the lobby
• Process financial transactions, including receiving and disbursing funds accurately
• Assist members with services such as wire transfer requests, statement copies, check orders, stop payments, and debit card requests
• Enter and update member information and service requests in the system
• Provide guidance on loan options and assist with completing loan applications
• Support daily operations of the safe deposit vault and assist members with box access
• Provide Notary Public services when needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily branch operations

What We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 3 months of customer service experience in a financial institution preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional attitude
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and assist members effectively
• Comfortable working with financial transactions and computer systems
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a customer-facing environment
