    Financial Services Representative – Credit Union

    We are looking for a Financial Services Representative II to join a growing credit union team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with members, providing excellent customer service, and helping individuals with their everyday banking and financial needs.

    What You’ll Do:
    • Welcome members and provide professional, friendly service
    • Process deposits, withdrawals and other financial transactions accurately
    • Assist members with account questions and financial service needs
    • Process wire transfer requests, stop payments, check orders and other account services
    • Assist with debit/Visa card requests and payroll allocations
    • Open and maintain member accounts and update information
    • Educate members on available financial products and services
    • Provide information on consumer loan options and assist with loan applications
    • Build strong relationships with members and identify opportunities to better serve their financial needs
    • Assist with safe deposit box access and related services
    • Provide Notary services as needed
    • Maintain accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with established policies and procedures

    What We’re Looking For:
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Previous banking, credit union, teller, financial services or customer service experience preferred
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • Comfortable handling cash and financial transactions
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
    • Ability to learn financial products, services and lending processes
    • Professional, dependable and team-oriented personality
