    The Financial Services Assistant position for Accounts Receivable will serve as a primary contact at the Accounts Receivable Customer Service counter. This position will be responsible for greeting and answering inquiries made by students, parents, faculty, staff and others in the office and by phone, mail, e-mail, and fax; collecting and posting payments made at counter and received in mail, providing clerical support for the office, generating Cognos reports for research and analysis; and analyzing small-balance accounts in an effort to collect delinquent balances.
