Bryant Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a confidential, nationally recognized law firm. The attorney will be employed directly by the client law firm.


About the Opportunity

A nationally respected law firm is seeking a Senior Financial Services Attorney to join its market‑leading Financial Services practice. This role offers the opportunity to represent Fortune 500 companies, major financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers in sophisticated syndicated lending, leveraged finance, and high‑value corporate finance transactions.

You will lead complex deals, work directly with clients, and collaborate with accomplished attorneys across banking, corporate, tax, real estate, and finance practices. The firm provides meaningful responsibility, strong mentorship, and a clear path for long‑term career advancement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Represent borrowers, lenders, financial institutions, and corporate clients in syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate credit agreements, loan documents, security agreements, and related financing documentation.
  • Lead transaction execution from initial structuring through closing.
  • Advise clients on complex financing strategies, risk allocation, and regulatory considerations.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across Corporate, Tax, Real Estate, and Financial Services practices.
  • Manage multiple sophisticated financing transactions while delivering exceptional client service.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships through practical, business‑focused legal counsel.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to practice growth.


Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.
  • 4–7 years of transactional legal experience with a focus on banking, finance, leveraged finance, syndicated lending, or financial services transactions.
  • Significant experience drafting and negotiating complex financing documents.
  • Excellent analytical, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong client relationship and project management abilities.
  • Licensed in North Carolina or eligible for admission.

Preferred:

  • Graduate of a Top 30 U.S. law school.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Experience practicing at an Am Law 200 firm.
  • Experience representing financial institutions, corporate borrowers, or private equity sponsors.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior attorneys.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $310,000–$375,000, plus performance‑based bonus.
