    What You Will Do

    • Advise clients on syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions.
    • Collaborate with finance groups, including securitization, renewable energy project finance, and real estate finance teams.
    • Develop and execute legal strategies for high-stakes business transactions.
    • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client needs.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Participate in negotiations and drafting of complex legal documents.
    • Contribute to the growth of the firm's financial services practice.

    Ideal Candidate Background

    • 2–8 years of transactional experience in financial services or related fields.
    • Proven knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions.
    • Excellent academic performance from a reputable law school.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.

    Preferred

    • Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or large financial institutions.
    • Familiarity with multiple finance groups, such as public bond or renewable energy project finance.
    • Barred in North or South Carolina.

    Compensation and Benefits
