    • Provides accurate, courteous, and timely professional service to existing and prospective members.
    • Ability to operate branch working independently with little or no supervision.
    • Meet and exceed branch membership and lending goals and objectives.
    • Ability to build relationships with members and identify opportunities to cross sell credit union products and services to enhance their financial well-being. 
    • Process loan and new membership applications ensuring proper credit union processes are followed and adhered to.
    • Process transfers between accounts and automatic distribution forms, recording all transactions according to member's request and credit union guidelines.
    • Perform credit card advances, receive loan payments, and service charge payments as required.
    • Assist members by providing information and answering questions about the credit union services and requirements/eligibility.
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or GED required. Some college level coursework preferred.
    • Two years prior banking and customer service experience.
    • Identifying opportunities to enhance member financial needs, goals and objectives.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with financial systems.
    • Professional business-like appearance.
    • Must have a strong interest in giving back to the community.
