Role Description The Financial Representative is a full-time, hybrid role based in Greater Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves meeting with individuals, families, and businesses to assess their financial needs and develop tailored strategies across insurance, retirement, and investment solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting financial analyses, presenting recommendations, and guiding clients through product options while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The Financial Representative will build and maintain a portfolio of clients, follow up regularly to adjust plans as needs evolve, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a coordinated client experience. The role also includes prospecting new clients, attending local networking events, and staying current on market trends and Guardian’s offerings.\n
