Job Description:
Financial Reporting Sr Accountant
Location: Tampa, Florida (Hybrid)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Senior Accountant to provide financial reporting, technical accounting, regulatory reporting, and project support. This role is part of a team responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial information, including financial statements and regulatory filings. The position involves working closely with team members to support financial reporting processes, technical accounting analyses, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a financial reporting, accounting, or auditing role.
Technical Skills: Applied knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Oracle, FCCS) and/or financial reporting software (e.g., Workiva, Blackline). Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Power BI, is required. Working or applied knowledge of US GAAP and familiarity with IFRS, with the ability to independently research and apply accounting guidance.
