Legacy Partners Group, located in Milwaukee or Green Bay, WI is seeking to add a Financial Relationship Manager to our team!

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who enjoys building relationships and knows how to follow through with sales opportunities, while providing superior client service; always putting the clients first.

Education/Experience:

• Associate’s degree required
• 1+ years’ experience working in a fast paced, sales driven environment
• Experience in financial services, estate planning, and annuity sales experience a plus
• Experience with Redtail and Wealth Box CRM is a plus
• Must be able to obtain a Life Insurance License within 30 days
• Must be able to obtain Series 65 within a year

Skills/Knowledge:

• Knowledge about programs and able to effectively answer prospect questions
• Previous experience in processing confidential, detailed paperwork
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated confidence and skill in public speaking

Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture new business and existing client relationships
• Assess clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate solution's
• Present, explain and educate insurance policies and options
• Maintain accurate records and workflow using CRM
• Collaborate with our financial planning team to deliver integrated solutions
• Resolve any issues regarding new accounts, transfers, or amendments
• Opening, closing, and transferring of accounts
• Stay current on insurance regulations, products, and industry trends

Salary:

• $40,000 - $65,000 based on experience
• Plus, a bonus and commission structure
• Health insurance
• PTO

Hours:

• Monday – Friday (hours will vary – 40-hour work week)
• Attendance at seminars
