Financial Planning & Reporting Manager


Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Financial Planning & Reporting Manager to provide immediate support with financial reporting, sales reporting, forecasting, and budget development. Salary is $100-$130k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FINANCIAL PLANNING & REPORTING MANAGER:



  • The Financial Planning & Reporting Manager will own recurring financial and daily sales reporting

  • The Financial Planning & Reporting Manager will support budget forecasting and broader budget development

  • Review reporting for variances, unusual results, and inconsistencies and provide analytical insight

  • Assist with detailed finance activities and selected journal entries as needed

  • Partner with FP&A, sales, and operational teams to support reporting needs



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE FINANCIAL PLANNING & REPORTING MANAGER:



  • FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience required

  • Strong P&L knowledge and ability to identify variances and inconsistencies required

  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly required

  • Manufacturing experience is a plus, not a must




Salary is $100-$130k, DOE
