Financial & Planning Analyst

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education

• Proven experience managing large, complex technology portfolios in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of financial management, capacity planning, and delivery governance.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and operate effectively at the senior leadership level.
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and decision support capabilities
• Executive level communication and storytelling with data
• Strong understanding of Agile, product, and hybrid delivery models
• High ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes and value realization
