Financial Planning & Analysis Representative

Develop and maintain financial forecasts and budgets that is informed by contract data, stakeholder alignment, and team guidance. 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial analysis role, ideally supporting a technology organization.

Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Representative
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months of Contract

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial forecasts and budgets that is informed by contract data, stakeholder alignment, and team guidance
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and align financial plans and forecasts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
Support variance analysis and explain deviations from budget or forecast.
Contribute to the development and improvement of planning processes and tools.
Present findings and recommendations to management.

Required Skills & Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial analysis role, ideally supporting a technology organization.
Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., OneStream, Apptio preferred).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong understanding of financial concepts such as accruals, depreciation, amortization, and capitalization
Ability to read and research purchase orders and contracts to help inform forecast/budget
Familiarity with some tools and applications widely used within technology organizations
