    Series 65 or Series 66 required, with a minimum of three years of direct client-facing experience as a Financial Planner.

    Position Summary
    The Financial Planner – Lead provides comprehensive financial and retirement planning services while building strong, long-term client relationships. This is primarily a non-sales role focused on financial analysis, client service, planning, and collaboration with Lead Advisors.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.

    • Respond to client questions, requests, and follow-ups.

    • Prepare comprehensive financial and retirement plans.

    • Analyze investments, asset allocation, and financial data.

    • Conduct client meetings and periodic financial reviews.

    • Use tax-planning tools to evaluate strategies and scenarios.

    • Prepare illustrations for annuities, life insurance, and long-term care.

    • Complete financial analyses and planning projects as needed.

    • Collaborate with advisors and team members on client cases.

    • Maintain proactive communication and exceptional client service.




    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of financial planning experience with direct client interaction.

    • Series 65 or Series 66 required.

    • CFP® designation preferred; must be obtained within 2 years of hire.

    • Life Insurance license preferred; must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

    • Strong financial and retirement planning knowledge.

    • Advanced Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.

    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong client relationships.
