14851 - Financial Operations Coordinator (Onsite) - Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required).
• Experience with Procure-to-pay support including purchase order creation and requisition processing.
• Experience with Insurance-related cost tracking and month-end accruals.
• Experience with Financial reporting and cost analysis.
• Master data creation and maintenance.
• Experience with Accounting methodology and financial compliance.
Preferred:
• Experience with Systems Applications and Products (SAP) financial modules.
• Experience with Month-end accrual processes.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with project management teams on procurement activities, including purchase order creation, requisition processing, and full procure-to-pay support.
• Track insurance-related costs and execute month-end accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure proper accounting methodology and compliance with company policy.
• Support master data creation and maintenance to ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with project managers, site personnel, finance, and business management to prepare and distribute memos required under financing agreements.
• Facilitate executive signature processes for required documentation.
• Maintain organized financial data and insurance tracking systems.
