Job Summary: This role is responsible for meticulously verifying and approving monthly financial invoices for global co-location services, ensuring accuracy against contracts and forecasts. The analyst will act as a key liaison between operational, procurement, and finance teams to manage billing and drive process improvements. This position also involves contributing to the transition towards automated, exception-based invoice processing.
Key Responsibilities:- Validate and approve monthly co-location invoices for space, power, and managed services.
- Reconcile invoice charges against purchase orders, contracts, and expected costs.
- Prepare monthly accruals for services without received invoices.
- Collaborate with providers and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Support the automation of invoice processing and validation
Must-Have Skills:- Proven experience in financial operations or accounts payable.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation abilities.
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis.
Industry Experience:
Experience in data centers, co-location providers, or facilities operations is preferred.
