    Location:Various locations across Georgia
    TheFinancial Manager/Accountant is responsible for managing the organization’sfinances, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. This roleensures that the organization’s financial operations are conducted inaccordance with applicable laws and regulations.
    KeyResponsibilities:
    • Develop and manage the organization’s budget.
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
    • Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
    • Conduct financial forecasting and risk management.
    • Manage the organization’s investments and cash flow.
    • Work with external auditors to conduct annual audits.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
    • Strong understanding of nonprofit accounting principles and practices.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
    • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
