Job Description

Key point of contact with project management support for training solutions, interact with partners to identify appropriate resources to assist throughout the phases to ensure successful result, assist with financial institution onboarding, process advisor and FI terminations, assist with FI reporting needs, work on special projects, due diligence requests, audits and financial institution communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for on-boarding processes for all new financial institution partnerships. Partner with leaders to create and manage an on-boarding plan customized to each situation. Serve as a key point of contact to ensure partners have the right tools to support the on-boarding. Collaborate for on-boarding of bank staff including Licensed Bank Employees or Registered Financial Institution Professionals.
  • Key point of contact with project management support on organizational training solutions that cover all phases from design/development to implementation/delivery and measurement. Interact with internal partners to identify appropriate resources to assist throughout all phases to ensure successful result. Coordinate training scheduling and registration activities.
  • Develop relationships and act as key point of contact with financial institution partners such as President/Vice President/CEO/CFOs of Financial Institutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school or GED
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience in the areas of design, proofreading and editing
  • Effective at building resource networks and maintaining strong relationships with others
  • Detail oriented and problem solver with strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of financial services industry with business specific processes and systems
  • FINRA licenses such as SIE, Series 7, 66 and insurance

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $58,300 - $80,100/year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
