    Responsibilities

    Own all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Lead monthly close, financial reporting, and executive/ownership financial communications Partner with operations on cost accounting, plant-level P&Ls, yield analysis, and COGS management across our New Berlin facility Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking/lender relationships Oversee treasury, tax, audit, and compliance functions Build financial models to support co-pack and private-label pricing decisions, customer profitability, and capacity investments Lead commodity and input cost risk management for key raw materials and packaging Manage the annual audit and relationships with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors Develop and mentor the finance team; upgrade systems, processes, and talent as the business scales

    Qualifications

    5-10 years of progressive finance leadership Expertise in cost accounting and manufacturing finance Familiarity with private-label and co-manufacturing economics, customer pricing, and deductions management preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred Strong technical accounting foundation (GAAP) plus commercial and operational instincts Experience with ERP systems (i.e. Microsoft 365, etc) and modern FP&A tooling Excellent communicator who can translate financial complexity for non-finance leaders and ownership
