Financial Coordinator

LHH is working with a healthcare client to identify a temporary to hire Financial Coordinator for their team. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, empathy, and a consultative approach to client service. This position will be fully onsite in Bremerton, WA.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Discuss client financial needs and provide clear guidance on available options.
• Educate clients on financial programs, requirements, and next steps.
• Document client conversations and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with clients via phone, email, text, and messaging systems.
• Manage multiple computer systems while communicating with clients.
• Build rapport and provide empathetic, solutions-focused service.
• Work toward established client enrollment and service goals.
• Complete required certification and ongoing financial counseling training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, banking, financial services, or a call center preferred.
• Familiarity with banking or financial terminology is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working in a goal- and metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to provide confident direction while maintaining an empathetic approach.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
