Title: Financial Controller / Accountant
Location: Central Dallas

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the accounting department, including AP / AR, payroll, benefits, draws, and general ledger
Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy
Prepare monthly financial statements, job costing, and management reports
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting on projects
Provide financial analysis and insights to support leadership in strategic planning
Manage and mentor accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment

Requirements:

4-10 years of accounting experience
Servant hearted, great attitude, attention to detail are ALL huge here!
Strong organizational skills

Compensation:

$95-130k + disc bonus
