Description

Job Description:
  • This leadership role requires oversight and management for the Financial Cash Control team that is responsible for financial requests from the client, providers, and members.
  • All financial requests are tracked in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, adjustments are posted to the MMIS Accounts Receivable subsystem, and claim adjustments are coordinated with claims processing.
  • Additionally, the leader manages provider enrollment in the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) service, as well as financial correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum six years of financial, accounts receivable/payable, and/or healthcare consulting experience.
  • Minimum three years of leadership experience.
  • Experience working with business processes, and associated information technology applications.
  • Experience working with application delivery, management structures and reporting procedures.
