Active Series 7 required.Minimum 1 year previous brokerage/investment banking experience preferred.
Desired Qualifications" 6 months of brokerage / Investment banking client service experience
" Experience resolving and working through escalated and complex issues
" Experience managing complaints and objections effectively and professionally
" Client service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions
" Ability to identify customer needs and obstacles and take the necessary steps to problem solve
" Solid understanding of brokerage products and services
Preferred qualifications:- A minimum of one year of brokerage client support experience
- Client interaction experience, as Case Advisors will communicate directly with clients regarding complaints
- Strong organizational and technical skills are required.
- Case Advisors manage inventory using a Microsoft Excel tracker. (Having the candidate provide information about how they ve managed inventory and/or remained organized is helpful.
- Ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems at a time
- STAR format interview answers, with specific scenario examples
- Ensure candidate is clearly visible on interview video
- Training will last 5 weeks and will be conducted fully in-office.
- Following training, contractors will transition to a hybrid schedule consisting of one week in-office and one week working from home. Contractors must work from their registered home address only.
- Series 7 license must be active and not within six months of expiration at the start date
- U5 disclosures are not preferred but can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
