Senior Architect – Financial Institutions
We are seeking a visionary Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of cutting-edge financial institutions for our client in the Waukesha area. In this role, YOU will own the entire project lifecycle. YOU will guide clients from initial concept and zoning approvals through spatial design, secure facility planning, and final construction oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Lead discovery sessions to translate banking and credit union operational needs into innovative architectural concepts.
- Full Lifecycle Management: Oversee projects from programming and schematic design through construction administration and closeout.
- Specialized Design: Integrate modern retail banking trends, secure vault logistics, drive-thru configurations, and advanced IT infrastructure.
- Regulatory Compliance: Navigate municipal zoning laws, building codes, and strict financial security regulations.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate with civil engineers, MEP consultants, interior designers, and general contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
