Job Summary Energo is seeking a positive, goal-oriented Financial Analyst, reporting to the Controller. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the financial health of Energo's multiple business divisions. This role will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, with a particular focus on supporting our fuel oil supply and HVAC service lines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across multiple entities and cost centers, and has hands-on QuickBooks experience. Responsibilities: - Compile monthly KPI’s and variance analyses across Energo's divisions
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including division-level cost and revenue tracking
- Analyze supply pricing, margins, and costs to support pricing and purchasing decisions
- Track profitability, labor costs, and job costing across projects and divisions
- Support accounts payable/accounts receivable functions and vendor/customer account reconciliations as needed
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports for leadership to support business decisions
- Assist with the preparation of materials for tax filings, audits, and lender/insurance reporting requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency across divisions
