Financial Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Financial Analyst to support financial forecasting and budgeting, prepare and analyze financial reports, create presentations for senior leadership, and manage month-end close procedures. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills. This direct hire role is in Tulsa, OK and the anticipated salary is between $75,000-$85,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting process
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Analyze financial performance
• Assist with month-end close procedures, including variance analysis and calculating monthly accruals
• Manage fixed assets
• Prepare presentations for senior leadership
• Assist with implementation of new accounting software

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Power BI experience a plus
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Motivated self-starter
