Job Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Duration: 1 Year 11 Months 

Shift Schedule: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

Summary:

• The Finance-Tax Analytics & AI Analyst drives innovation, automation, and data-driven decision-making across Finance.
• This role partners with Finance teams to develop analytics, streamline processes, and implement AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency, reporting, and business insights.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Power BI dashboards.
• Automate workflows with Power Automate.
• Transform data using Power Query.
• Build solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Visual Studio Code and other AI tools.
• Support reporting and analysis across multiple ERP and ledger environments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and finance transformation.
• Independently manage multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholders and maintain project timelines.
• Proactively address risks.
• Ensure successful delivery of strategic finance technology projects.

Required Skills:

• Blend of tax knowledge, technical expertise, and strong project management skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in Power Platform, Alteryx, financial systems, AI technologies, and continuous improvement methodologies.
