Description
Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Stanford, CA 94305
Duration: 4 - 6 months (Extension/Conversion will be based on performance)
Pay : $50-58.00/ hr
- Financial oversight of headcount and compensation for domestic operations with over 1,000+ staff employees, including review of commissions monthly payouts
- Leverage various financial systems to forecast and report compensation expenses and headcount related to monthly/quarterly closes, periodic forecasting, annual budgeting process, and long range planning
- Provide leadership team with information and insights to better plan and manage labor workforce
- Partner with HR to align headcount reporting and related expenses to organizational changes
- Maintain strong working relationship with various stakeholders:
- HR which includes Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Systems, and Generalists
- Finance track leads by Groups and Departments
- Operating groups
- Represent the finance team on initiatives that impact headcount and compensation planning, reporting, and analytics
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 4+ years of financial planning & analysis, reporting and accounting related experience, preferably in the media industry.
