  • Monitoring Key Metrics: You will monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators, and report relevant findings to seniors.
  • Updating Financial Forecasts: You'll update forecasts based on budget variances, historical trends, feedback from leadership, and new information from other departments.
  • Conducting Detailed Analyses: You will conduct detailed financial analyses and provide insights to supervisors regarding hospital performance.
  • Reporting and Communicating: You'll update monthly financial reports, communicate results, and assist in preparing quarterly board of director slides.
  • Driving Continuous Improvement: You'll continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and support our team goals.
  • Supporting Audits: You will support the accounting team with internal and external audits as needed.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Consistent and effective communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • A collaborative nature, with a sense of commitment to your direct teammates and the larger Mission team.
  • An understanding of how your team's priorities align with company goals.
