A growing Miami law firm is seeking a Financial Analyst / Project Manager to support firm leadership with financial analysis, operational projects, reporting, and day-to-day business initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for an analytical, organized, and resourceful professional who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and managing multiple priorities.

• Support financial, operational, and firmwide projects
• Analyze data and prepare reports for management
• Coordinate projects, deadlines, and outstanding action items
• Research issues, gather information, and recommend solutions
• Maintain accurate project tracking and documentation
• Collaborate with employees, vendors, and offices nationwide

• 2–5 years of experience in finance, financial analysis, project management, operations, or business support
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong Microsoft Word skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, prioritize assignments, and follow projects through completion

Location: Miami
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Status: Temporary-to-Hire
