Accounting Analyst (Manufacturing, CPG, Food/Beverage Manufacturing)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for financial reporting, account reconciliations, budgeting support, and data analysis that helps drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting knowledge with analytical skills and a passion for improving processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly financial reports, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities.
  • Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Maintain data accuracy within ERP and financial systems.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and improve financial processes.
  • Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of accounting, financial analysis, or related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience preferred (NetSuite, Sage, Dynamics, SAP, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
