Description

We are seeking a motivated, analytical Finance Analyst to join a growing restaurant organization in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for a finance professional who combines strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and curiosity with a desire to understand the “why” behind the numbers and grow within FP&A.

The Finance Analyst will partner with FP&A, Operations, and other departments to support financial reporting, forecasting, planning, and ad hoc analysis while developing expertise across one or more restaurant brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recurring financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecast cycles.
  • Evaluate financial and operational performance to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Build financial models and conduct analysis to support business decisions.
  • Develop management reports and presentations that translate data into meaningful insights.
  • Become a trusted financial resource for assigned restaurant brands.
  • Partner closely with Operations and other departments to evaluate performance and answer key business questions.
  • Clearly communicate financial findings, recommendations, and their potential impact.
  • Streamline reporting and analysis processes to improve efficiency and usability.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical discipline preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a similar finance role.
  • Proficiency in Excel and an interest in continuing to expand technical capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to dig beyond the numbers and understand underlying business drivers.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of assignments.
  • Collaborative team player who demonstrates integrity, accountability, curiosity, and humility.
  • Eager to learn, take on new challenges, and build a long-term career in FP&A.

Compensation:

  • $80,000 to $100,000 plus benefits
