The Financial Analyst (FP&A) will support day-to-day analytical functions across United Parks & Resorts (PRKS). This role will collaborate with various levels of management at both the corporate office and park locations. Working closely with the finance and strategy teams, the Financial Analyst will provide analytical insights to support park operations and corporate initiatives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Corporate departments to help manage their budgets
  • Conduct attendance and labor analyses by park for Senior Leadership team
  • Provide analytical support regarding G&A and Operating Expenses to the Senior Leadership team
  • Provide assistance with deliverables for board meetings and earnings reports
  • Assisting in the development of the annual operating budget and providing expense variance analysis for corporate departments
  • Supporting special projects and other assigned duties

Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in financial planning, accounting, or business analysis
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office products
