Location: Orange, CT

Contract Details

  • Position Type: Contract
  • Contract Duration: 4 months
  • Pay Rate: $24.63 / Hour (USD)

Job Summary

The primary responsibility is assisting with processing vendor-related invoices in SAP with accuracy and efficiency. The ability to review invoice and purchase order data ensuring accuracy and efficiency while following departmental procedures is essential. All information related to tasks will be delivered in a timely manner.

Required Skills

  • Experience in understanding accounts payable processes and administrative control procedures, especially in areas related to accounts payable
  • Experience with computers and working in an office environment
  • Must have Accounts Payable & Office experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Analytical competence and technical skills
  • Interact professionally and effectively with all levels of staff
  • Self-motivated and works independently
  • Strong critical thinking & listening skills

Education Requirements

  • Associate's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
