    What You'll Do:

    As a Financial Analyst, you'll support organizational success through advanced financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. In this role, you will:

    • Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable recommendations to leadership
    • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
    • Collaborate with Administration and department leaders to support data-driven decision making
    • Train and mentor Level I and II finance team members
    • Support process improvement efforts through automation and efficient resource utilization
    • Stay current on accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends
    • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of financial and operational information
    • Continue performing key responsibilities associated with Level II finance functions

    What We're Looking For:

    Required Qualifications-

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • 1–2 years of accounting, finance, or related experience
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications-

    • Healthcare accounting or finance experience
    • CPA designation and/or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
    • Experience presenting financial insights to leadership teams

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Pay Range: $25.92 – $38.28 per hour
