Title: Financial Analyst

Salary: $65,000-85,000

Location: Hybrid in Boston

Financial Analyst Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly variance analysis and present findings to senior management
• Provide customer and client support and resolve financial or reporting issues as they arise
• Maintain responsibility for assigned service lines including areas such as radiology, administration, and surgery
• Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting
• Partner with department heads to ensure financial policies and procedures are followed
• Support special projects assigned by senior management
• Analyze financial data and provide reporting to support operational decision-making

Financial Analyst Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 2+ years of finance experience
• Strong financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional departments
