Financial Analyst

Summary:

Location: 10960 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, 90024

Duration: 13 weeks

Work Schedule: 3, 7-hour shifts (with flexibility within Tues-Fri 8am – 5pm)

Responsibilities:

• Support the MarComm Department by reviewing and processing contracts, purchase orders, accounts payable, and accounts receivable accurately and timely in accordance with company policies.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and consistently embody the C-ICARE principles.
• Proactively anticipate and resolve contract and accounting issues, exercise sound judgment, and represent the department with integrity, professionalism, and diplomacy.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise appropriate discretion when handling contracts, financial information, personnel-related information, and other sensitive departmental records.
• Work independently and collaboratively across all levels and disciplines, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple and diverse responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and other computer software programs used by the department.
• Ability to function at a high level of efficiency with effectiveness and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in performing while frequently interrupted or distracted by conflicting demands.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using business software including Workday, EPSI, and Workfront.
