Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting efforts within a dynamic, fast-paced organization. This role is ideal for someone early in their career looking to develop strong FP&A skills and gain exposure to cross-functional business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and variance analysis
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support month-end close by partnering with accounting on reporting and reconciliations
- Build and update financial models to support planning and decision-making
- Collaborate with business units to track performance against budgets
- Assist in preparation of management and executive reporting packages
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related role
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling)
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred:
- Internship or experience in FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance
- Exposure to financial systems or planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
