Summary: Duration: 12 months Work Mode: Hybrid (mandatory 3 days onsite) Responsibilities: Process routine/standard transactions according to established procedures and prescribed processes. Daily responsibilities may include analyses, report generation, opening new accounts, trade processing, payment processing, and data entry. Provide quality service and effective and efficient operations support for the assigned area's internal business partners and/or external customers and clients. May provide advice and assist with training for less experienced team members. Handle branch inquiries and update requests received from clients regarding updates and research of cost basis in our Global Tax Lots system. Research and resolve transactional breaks that result in inaccurate cost basis requiring manual updates. Requirements: Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong understanding of rules and regulations, policies, and standards. 1 year or more experience is preferred. Preferred Skills: Overtime may be offered to support business needs, especially during Tax Season (Jan – Apr). Excellent interpersonal skills. Proven ability to effectively service/resolve client inquiries. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively and efficiently as an individual contributor in a team environment. Positive and professional attitude in a team-oriented fast-paced work environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to adhere to industry and IRS rules and regulations.
