Financial Analyst IV

Pay Range: $80/hr - $82/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial status and recommend actions based on data insights.
• Establish standard costs and collect operational data to determine cost of operations.
• Compare actual results with forecasts to identify financial status.
• Guide cost analysis processes by enforcing policies and providing forecasts.
• Monitor variances and recommend actions to improve financial status.
• Reconcile transactions and maintain databases for forecast and analytical data.
• Develop automated accounting applications to increase productivity.
• Protect financial information by maintaining confidentiality.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 5+ years of FP&A experience or equivalent tenure in dynamic finance roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Proficient in AI tools utilization (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong skills in financial modeling, financial forecasting, and financial close.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Global experience or Corporate FP&A experience preferred.
• Experience in investment management and resource planning, ideally within a technology company.
• Proven ability to deliver presentations to senior executives and influence decision-making.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives or organizational change.
