This position provides essential support for daily insurance administration processes, financial coordination, and proper accounting methodology.
Responsibilities:- Partner with project management teams on procurement activities, including purchase order creation, requisition processing, and full procure-to-pay support.
- Track insurance-related costs and execute month-end accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure proper accounting methodology and compliance with company policy.
- Support master data creation and maintenance to ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with project managers, site personnel, finance, and business management to prepare and distribute memos required under financing agreements.
- Facilitate executive signature processes for required documentation.
- Maintain organized financial data and insurance tracking systems.
- Monitor and validate all insurance-related cost flows.
- Provide cost analysis and financial support to insurance providers.
Experience:- Procurement / Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Financial & Accounting, Insurance Operations or Insurance Cost, Insurance administration
Skills:- Experience with SAP financial modules
- Knowledge of month-end accrual processes
Education:- High School Grad / GED or Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
